If you contact us by email or telephone, we use the information you provide to respond, conduct correspondence and resolve your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, town or city, message and any plans or photos you choose to provide.
3. The contact form in this local version
Form submission is not connected to a mail service or database. The form does not send or save your enquiry on a server. If you choose to open your email app or download an email file, you decide whether to send that message.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
Information relating to a requested project may be processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Correspondence may also be retained where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Recipients and retention
When you send us an enquiry directly, the information may be handled by email and IT service providers where necessary for correspondence. We do not sell personal data. Information is kept no longer than necessary for its purpose or for applicable legal obligations and claims.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have rights of access, a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
